To help inaugurate the Allan Sekula Social Documentary Fund supporting future projects by CalArts students, photographer Fred Lonidier, one of Allan’s oldest friends, selected & composed six of his photographs of Allan from the 1970s to produce a small set of 10 signed prints measuring 13”x 9.5” (selling for $200.) and 40 slightly smaller unsigned prints measuring 11”x8.5” (selling for $40).
More than half of these were acquired by those attending Allan’s memorial. The remaining prints are offered online to any wanting one of these composite portraits, with all proceeds supporting this new fund in Allan’s name.
On receipt of a check for $40. or $200. made out to California Institute of the Arts annotated in the memo line “Allan Sekula Social Documentary Fund,” & mailed to

a corresponding signed or unsigned print will be sent to your address (or any other you stipulate) by USPS Priority Mail.
NB: since any such contribution comes with the sale of a very modestly priced print in a small edition, no receipt will be supplied for tax purposes.
